Take highway 64 west over the bridge towards Manteo. Take a left at the first light after you cross the bridge. Proceed to the parking lot entrance. Bear left and go under the bridge to park in the gravel lot parking area. Walk back under the bridge and follow the parking lot eastward until you come to the public boat ramp area. There you will see OBX Tiki Time at the dock, ready to welcome you aboard.
