We all had a GREAT time! The Captain and First Mate were skilled, knowledgeable, laid back, and provided a safe and relaxing evening. We appreciated the lack of tour guide chatter. After a brief intro and safety chat while we getting underway, the Captain just played music for the rest of the tour - a great mix too. We packed drinks for both the adults and kids, and a picnic style dinner for the group as well with snacks and sandwiches. The boat was comfortable and there was plenty of room to move around and interact with one another. The Captain worked with other tour operators to locate the dolphins and about a half dozen boats circled around the sound with a HUGE school of dolphins. We've spent a lot of time on the water in Nags Head/Manteo and we've seen plenty of dolphins in the area, but this was a different story. I've never seen so many dolphins in a two hour tour. There were dozens and they got close enough to the boat we could see them in detail. The price is right too: bringing our own food/drinks made the experience cheaper than going out for a sit down dinner for a group this size. These guys are doing it right - can't wait to go back.

We were lucky enough to see lots of dolphins, which was exciting for both the kids and adults. The relaxing island music, beautiful scenery, and laid-back atmosphere made the entire experience feel like a true vacation. The sunset over the water was absolutely breathtaking, and the captain shared interesting facts about the area along the way, which made the trip even more enjoyable. They also had thoughtful touches for children that made it a great experience for families. If you're trying to decide on a sunset cruise in the Outer Banks, this is one I'd happily book again. It was a fun, relaxing evening with amazing views, wonderful people, and memories we'll always have.
